How It Works
- Choose your preferred model and size, then select Custom as the color option.
- Add the Custom Design & Service to your cart.
- Email us your idea at kumocoomtoys@gmail.com. And include your order number (starting with #).
- Confirm the design with our team.
- Production takes up to 15 business days from design approval.
- We'll send you final photos for approval before shipping.
Need Something More Complex?
Silicone Firmness
At the moment, custom orders are available only in our standard 0030 silicone firmness. We’re not currently able to offer custom firmness options.
Requests involving more than 3 main colors, hand-painted details, complex effects, or other customization outside our standard options require consultation before purchase. Please email us first. We'll confirm feasibility and let you know whether an additional fee is required and how to proceed.
Floating inclusions are currently unavailable.
Custom pieces are handmade, and silicone flow can cause natural variations in color placement, gradients, drips, and other effects. Your approved sketch serves as a design reference, but the final piece may have small differences.

Order Policies
Please review carefully before placing an order.
① Materials
All products are made of 100% platinum-grade silicone. Colorants/mica/glitters are cosmetic-grade.
② Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery.
Multiple orders placed on the same day will be combined into one shipment, with excess shipping fees refunded.
Address changes must be requested before dispatch. No modifications can be made afterward.
③ Cancellations & Refunds
Due to product nature, no returns/refunds are accepted for non-quality issues after shipment.
Refunds for personal reasons during transit will deduct actual logistics costs.
Contact us immediately for shipping-related issues.
④ After-Sales Service
Handmade items may have minor imperfections (e.g., ≤4 tiny bubbles are normal).
Gradient variations/color blocks are noted in listings.
Color discrepancies may occur due to monitor differences.
For unacceptable quality issues, contact us promptly for resolutions.
Usage Guide
- Clean before/after use. Store dry in the included pouch; avoid stacking.
- Air-dry in shade; sunlight may fade colors or degrade silicone.
- Choose size wisely: Refer to product dimensions. Larger ≠ better; never force adaptation.
- Foreplay & water-based lube are essential for comfort.
- Safe for vaginal/anal/oral use (follow hygiene practices).
- Cleaning: Use toy cleaner, soap, or boiling water (stir constantly to avoid burns).
- Leather items: Do not wash.
- Lubricants: Water-based only (silicone-based lubes damage toys).

- A free self-published educational booklet.
- Blind-box brand mascots (2 random pieces, same material as toys).
